Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

Collect data, transform, and aggregate from external and internal sources.
Develop dashboards and analytic reports to solve business problems and provide recommendations based on relevant data to clients.
Combine data analytics and data visualization techniques to support the team developing analysis report.
Identify patterns and actionable insights from data.
Summarize external data to support the recommendations in the insight analysis reports.
Conduct and oversee activities of the junior data analysts, ensure proper execution of their duties and align with business vision and objectives.
Organize and present data in a clear and concise manner.
Construct and enhance analytics framework.

Qualifications

General understanding of business data, data visualization, and storytelling with data.
At least 3 years of working experience working in a data department.
Familiarity with any BI technology (e.g. Tableau and Power BI).
Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management.
General understanding of programming related to ETL or Python is a plus.
Passion for big data technology (e.g. Hadoop & Hive, BigQuery, etc.).
Experience in the retail domain preferred.
Ability to take a leadership role.
Ability to present to an executive at a business level.
Critical thinking, with analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise.
Good command of English.
